PHILADELPHIA (January 28, 2026) – Live! Casino & Hotel Philadelphia today announced the appointment of CHUCK VENUTO as Director of Player Development. In this role, Mr. Venuto will grow customer loyalty through engaging marketing campaigns at the region's premier gaming destination. He will work to increase guest satisfaction, identify new business opportunities and enhance operations and programs at Live! Philadelphia to ensure continued success.
Mr. Venuto has more than 15 years of experience in the gaming industry, with previous roles in relationship marketing and a track record of successful operational growth and profitability. He is known throughout the industry for his authentic, people-first approach that transforms player development into lasting relationships, a skillset he will use in his new capacity to attract and foster high-value VIP business, with a particular emphasis on table games. He will also oversee the day-to-day operations of the Player Development team.

Venuto most recently served as Director of Player Development at Baha Mar in The Bahamas. Prior, he spent more than a decade at Parx Casino in Bensalem, PA. A proud Philadelphia native, Venuto brings his wealth of expertise back to the city that shaped his career, where he and his wife, Stacey, are raising their five children.
