$100,000 Cross Property Slot Tournament Rules

1. Must be a valid member of Live! Rewards Club to participate.
2. Must be at least 21 years of age to participate.
3. Must not be on exclusion, self-exclusion or restriction list.
4. Must have a Live! Rewards card and valid government-issued photo identification for all redemptions.
5. Employees of Live! Casino and members of their immediate family are not eligible to participate in promotional drawings or compete in competition play. Immediate family refers to spouse, parents, children, siblings and their respective spouses.
6. Live! Casino reserves the right to disqualify any player for any prize based on a violation of the promotion rules or other misconduct.
7. All promotional Competition play will take place under surveillance and are witnessed by security.
8. Stanchions will be used to segregate the slot machine tournament area from patrons who are not participating in the slot machine tournament.
9. If unforeseen and unavoidable technical difficulties occur such as power outages, kiosk malfunction, etc., Live! Casino reserves the right to select winners through an alternate random method through Patron Management or reschedule drawing to next available time or date.
10. If there is a machine malfunction, regardless of points earned, the session is null and void and the player will replay in the next available time slot.
11. A complete list of rules is available for review at Live! Rewards Club.
12. Live! Casino may cancel, modify, relocate or reschedule the tournament for any reason with prior approval by and/or notification to the appropriate gaming regulators.

 

In Addition to the Standard Rules

Eligibility and Participation: 

1. No cash obligation.
2. Must be a member or join the Live! Rewards Club. Invited guests only
3. Registration for the tournament will be based on a first-come, first served basis.
4. The top 50 participants with the highest combined score will be awarded a prize.
5. Participants for tournament:
   1. Minimum: 50 Participants
   2. Maximum: 400 Participants 

Timing: Tournament Dates and Times

1. Date: September 19 and 20, 2025
2. Registration & Tournament Play: 9/19 6pm – 9pm, and 9/20 3pm – 7pm 
3. Awards Announcement: 7:15 pm on September 20 and prizes will be awarded immediately following.
   1. Registered entrants will play at the first available tournament machine on a first come first served basis
   2. All checked in guests will have the opportunity to play and finish sessions to qualify for prizes. Tournament end time may exceed end time in this case.
   3. Each guest must play a minimum of two rounds to qualify for prizes.
   4. Guests who attend on Friday, September 19^th will have the option to play 3 rounds and the lowest score will be dropped 

Casino Staff Members: Staff member positions that may be involved in executing the Tournament are identified as follows:

1. Oversee Slot Tournament:

   2. Senior Marketing Manager
   3. Promotions & Special Events Supervisor
2. Responsible for all aspects of the tournament involving slot machines:
   1. Guest Services Shift Manager
   2. Slot Technician Manager
   3. Senior Marketing Manager
   4. Promotions & Special Events Supervisor
   5. Promotions Coordinator
   6. Special Events Coordinator
   7. Marketing Representative
   8. Guest Services Supervisor
   9. Guest Services Representative
   10. Slot Technician – any level
3. Responsible for registration and announcing of Slot Tournament:
   1. Senior Marketing Manager
   2. Promotions & Special Events Supervisor
   3. Promotions Coordinator
   4. Special Events Coordinator
   5. Marketing Representative
   6. Guest Services Shift Manager
   7. Guest Services Supervisor
   8. Guest Services Representative

Tournament Management:

1. IGT System as approved by PGCB will be utilized to manage and execute Slot Tournaments.
2. Machines will be set up for Slot Tournaments per PGCB approved Tournament software.
3. Machines will be connected to CCCS and ATI at all times.
4. Tournament play may not utilize all machines indicated above.
5. Machines will be roped off during tournament play.

To Enter:

1. Invited guests are invited to play in the Cross Property $100K Slot Tournament
2. This is a three (3) round non-elimination tournament.Each guest is invited to play three (3) Rounds. Guests can play one round on Friday and two rounds on Saturday.
3. Guests must play a minimum of two rounds. If guests play three rounds, their lowest score will be dropped.
4. If guests only play on Saturday, we will combine their two (2) scores.
5. The winners of the tournament will be the top 50 combined scores from the entire tournament.
6. The tournament machines will be stanchioned off and in tournament mode one hour prior to registration on both days.
7. A complete set of rules will be available for review at the Live! Rewards Desk.
8. Invited guests will register for the event.
9. The competition area will be located in Live! Casino Philadelphia on the machines indicated with the IGT Tournament software.
10. Participants may check in at allotted time listed in Zone 4 on tournament days.
11. Individuals will participate according to their check-in times.
12. Participants will be checked for eligibility prior to competition play.
13. Prior to playing, each participant will:
    1. Be entered into IGT Tournament System
14. IGT Tournament System will manage all aspects of tournament to include:
    1. Registration
    2. Score Keeping
    3. Limit number of times an individual may participate.
    4. Leader Board
    5. Length of Session
15. IGT Tournament System will print a ballot with a unique pin number for each player to enter on any available machine.
16. Registered Players will play at the first available tournament machine on a first come first served basis.
17. Each player will play a minimum of two times, 2-minute timed sessions each.
    1. Each machine will display that player’s individual time of play and will stop play and record the score at the end of the individual’s time.
18. ‘Score’: Is the number of score as it appears on the slot machine.
    1. At the conclusion of competition play, the IGT Tournament System will automatically record the individual’s score, print a scorecard and update the Leader Board.

Prize Structure:

1. Tournament Prizes will be awarded as follows:

1^st Place Grand Prize:      $50,000 Cash

2^nd Place:                             $25,000 Cash

3^rd Place:                              $10,000 Free Slot Play

4^th - 10^th Places:                $1,000 Free Slot Play

11^th - 20^th Places:              $500 Free Slot Play

21^st - 25^th Places:              $200 Free Slot Play

26^th - 50^th Places:              $100 Free Slot Play

 

Tie Score:

1. In the event of a tie score for first place, a playoff between the tied participants to define the winner will take place. Playoff will be one session that lasts one minute to determine the first and second place winners. All else will be awarded 3^rd through end.
2. In the event there is a tie for any place 2^nd through 50^th, the prizes for the tied place and the following will be combined and divided by two. Each winner gets the same prize amount. The next payout will continue at tie plus two spots.
3. Winners will be posted at approximately 7:15pm at the tournament area. In the event there are not 50 participants, prizes will be awarded up to the number of participants.

Publicity: Except where prohibited, participation in the Promotion constitutes winner’s consent to Sponsor’s use of winner’s name, likeness, voice, opinions, biographical information, hometown and state for promotional purposes in any media without further payment or consideration.

General Conditions: Live! Casino reserves the right to cancel or modify the Promotion if fraud, technical failure, or any other factor beyond reasonable control impairs the integrity of the Promotion as determined by Live! Casino at its sole discretion. In such an event, Live! Casino reserves the right to award the prizes at random from among the eligible entries received up to the time of the impairment. Live! Casino reserves the right at its sole discretion to disqualify any individual it finds to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Promotion or to be acting in violation of these Official Rules or in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner. Live! Casino’s failure to enforce any term of these Official Rules shall not constitute a waiver of that provision.

Winners List: For Promotion results, a winners list will be made available at the Live! Rewards Desk 

1. A Prize Payout Form will be completed for each cash winner, indicating the winner’s name, amount won, player address, social security number, phone number & signature. The winner will then be escorted to the cage for payout. A coordinator or above will enter the 1099 Tax Form on Title 31 software.
2. Free Slot Play will be loaded to winner accounts within 30 minutes of winners’ being announced.Free Slot Play valued at $499 and less is valid for 24 hours from issuance and then expires. Free Slot Play valued between $500 and $9,999 will be valid for 7 days from issuance and then expires. Free Slot Play valued $10,000 and above is valid for 14 days from issuance and then expires.
