Royal Flush Redemption

Make a Royal Flush in tournaments and win the tournament entry!

RULES

  1. Live! Philadelphia will offer a Royal Flush Promotion in tournaments. The Royal Flush Promotion will run August 1st, 2024 until canceled.
  2. In eligible tournaments, $3 is withheld for the Tournament of Champions Fund. The Royal Flush promotion is funded by the Tournament of Champions Fund.
  3. To qualify for the Royal Flush:
    1. Players must be a Live! Rewards member to participate.
    2. Players must play in eligible Tournament of Champions events.
    3. Must be 21 or older to participate.
    4. Winners must be present and have a valid ID.
    5. Any player making a Royal Flush in TOC tournaments will win a tournament entry equivalent to the buy-in purchase of that particular tournament.
    6. Players can win more than one Royal Flush.
    7. Both hole cards must play making a 5 card Royal Flush. There will be no ties.
    8. Hands do not have to be played to completion to qualify.
    9. Throughout the qualifying period, players who have made Royal Flush will have their name, Live! Rewards card number and tournament amount recorded by the poker room staff.
    10. The Royal Flush hand must be properly tabled and be verified by a Poker Supervisor or above.
    11. A properly tabled hand must be in full view of the dealer, players, and the surveillance cameras.
    12. Players must play their hands independently. Violations of this rule may void the promotion.
    13. Any irregularities may make the Royal Flush promotion declare null and void.
  4. Once an eligible player has qualified for the Royal Flush promotion:
    1. The winners must present their valid picture ID and Live! Rewards card to claim their prize winnings. If, for some reason a player cannot produce a valid picture ID, that player will have 72 hours to return with their valid ID. Their winning(s) will be placed in safekeeping for 72 hours.
    2. Winning players who are unable to show their picture ID by the 72 hours deadline will forfeit their winnings, receive no compensation, and will forfeit any right to the cash prize. In exceptional circumstances, the Director of Poker reserves the right to extend the 72-hour deadline. Any forfeited winnings will be returned to the Tournament of Champions promotional Fund to be allocated for subsequent Tournament promotions.
  5. All State and Federal taxes will be withheld from winners in accordance with State and Federal guidelines.
  6. Anyone found to be in violation of the integrity of this promotion shall be disqualified. Players may not sell their hands.
  7. Management reserves the right to cancel, change, or modify the Royal Flush Rules with two days’ notice to the players and PGCB at any point during the promotional period.
  8. The Tournament Director’s decision is final and without recourse.
  9. Tournament of Champions funds will not be used to cover missed tournaments guarantees.
