  • What is your cancellation policy?

    Cancellation fees are based on a sliding scale — the closer we get to the event date, the higher the amount owed.

  • Do you require a deposit to hold the date?

    We require a 25% non-refundable deposit to secure the date.

  • When is the final payment due?

    Payment of all invoices is due upon receipt. Typically, a week prior to the event date.

  • Are there any hidden fees (service charges, gratuities, etc.)?

    Our service charge is 24% which applies to all food, beverage, room rental, and audio/visual rental. All services and fees are subject to applicable prevailing state sales tax.
