LIVE! CASINO & HOTEL PHILADELPHIA ANNOUNCED AS RETURNING TITLE SPONSOR OF 2025 MUMMERS PARADE ON NEW YEAR’S DAY
The 2025 Live! Casino & Hotel Philadelphia Mummers Parade Will Broadcast Live
on WDPN-TV (MeTV2), Simulcasted on 69 WFMZ-TV, WFMZ.com, and the WFMZ+ app on January 1, 2025
PHILADELPHIA (December 18, 2025) – Live! Casino & Hotel Philadelphia was announced today as the returning Title Sponsor of the 124th annual Mummers Parade in Philadelphia, to be presented on Wednesday, January 1, 2025. The 2025 Live! Casino & Hotel Philadelphia Mummers Parade will feature participants from the Fancy, Wench, Comic, and String Band divisions. In addition to these performances, the parade broadcast will include appearances from Mummers personalities and sponsors.
The return of Live! Casino & Hotel Philadelphia as the title sponsor has once again made it possible for the Mummers Parade to broadcast live on WDPN-TV (MeTV2), WFMZ.com, and the WFMZ+ app available on Firestick, Roku, Apple TV, iOS, and Android devices. The Mummers and WDPN-TV are delighted to continue working with each other to broadcast the parade through 2026. The 2025 parade will also be simulcasted on 69 WFMZ-TV, which will continue to extend the broadcast further north into parts of the Wilkes-Barre and New York DMA's.
Viewers can watch the broadcast from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. across all platforms. Returning on-air hosts of the parade will be Larry Mendte and Dawn Stensland, who will be joined by Megan McFarland, providing commentary for the Comics, Wenches, and Fancy divisions, and David Grzybowski, for the String Band division. In addition, Mark Montanaro, Mummers Museum curator and Sam Regalbuto, President of the String Band Association, will provide first-hand insight throughout the parade.“We are thrilled to return as the title sponsor of the 2025 Live! 2025 will be the Mummers 124th annual parade in the city of Philadelphia. The Mummers consist of the Fancies, Wench Brigades, Comics and the String Band divisions. This year’s parade will include 1 Fancy club, 10 Wench Brigades, 3 Comic clubs and 14 String Bands. Each division is ready to perform elaborate Broadway-style productions on New Year’s Day 2025.
