PROMOTION RULES

1. Must be 21 or older.

2. Instant Payout High Hands require a minimum qualifying hand of Ace’s full of tens.

3. Daytime & Late Night High Hand Promotions require a minimum qualifying hand of Ace’s full of deuces.

4. Unless stated, in the event there is no qualifying high hand, there will be no rollovers.

5. During the Late Night promotions, if there is no qualifying high hand during a timeframe, the money will roll over to the next period. If there is no high hand during the last period, the promo ends, no money rolls over to any other period.

6. There will be no ties. You must beat the posted high hand.

7. In all High Hand promotions, if two identical qualifying high hands occur on the same hand, the prize will be split. If the pot is split, the high hand award will be split.

8. Pot must be at least $10 in size including rake and jackpot.

9. Players must use two hole cards combined with three board cards to qualify.

10. Must be your best possible hand to win using both of your hole cards. Must be the winning hand. Hands must be verified by a supervisor.

11. Winners must be present at the end of the promotional period to claim their prize. Winners not present will forfeit and funds will be returned to the Jackpot Reserve.

12. Must be playing in Jackpot eligible Texas Hold’em game.

13. Short-handed games (3 or less players) are not eligible for jackpots and will not be subject to the jackpot drop.

14. On announcement of the completion of the period, the clock sounding, or the time expiring, the period is over. Any new high hands will apply to the next time period.

15. During the Instant Payouts, the first qualifying high hands (minimum qualifier of Aces Full of Tens) win.

16. Instant Payouts: you may tie a high hand and qualify if that ranks you in the first 15, 20, 25, or 30 of the high hands.

17. Unless stated, the daytime promotions begin immediately after the final qualifying Instant Payout hand has been hit.

18. Late-Night promotions begin immediately after the Final PM Instant Payout hand has been hit or when the daytime promo ends. The Late Night Promotion is $100 High Hands every 30 minutes with rollovers.

19.Instant Payouts with no defined end time: If the final (15th, 20th, 25th, or 30th) qualifying hand of the Instant Payout has not hit by the scheduled start time of the next Instant Payout, that promo ends and the new Instant Payout begins.

20. Fridays: The Instant payout ends when the 20th High Hands hits or 5:00PM, whichever is sooner. If it ends before 5:00PM, the promotion will be $300 High Hands every 15 minutes until 5:00PM.

21. When rollovers apply: the partial first period after an Instant Payout does not roll over if unhit. Rollovers begin after the first full qualifying period. Ex: The last Instant Payout hand hits at 11:15PM, the Late Night High Hand promotion immediately starts. If, for the remainder of that period, no high hand is hit, that $100 does not rollover to the following period. Subsequent full periods will have the prize money roll over to the next period if not hit.

21. Saturday, April 18 Mystery Cash Drawing: Periods are 20 minutes. Qualifying begins at 9:00AM and the first winner is awarded at 9:20AM. Promotion runs from 9:00AM until all 45 envelopes have been drawn.

a. Envelopes will be drawn out of a drum by the winner.

b. At 9:00AM, the drum will consist of the 1 $1,600 envelope, 2 $1,100 envelopes, 1 $900 envelope, 1 $800 envelope, & 4 $400 envelopes. Every 3 hours, after the 12:00PM Drawing, 3:00PM Drawing, 6:00PM Drawing, & 9:00PM Drawing, the above mentioned 9 envelopes will be added to the drum.

c. The Late Night promotion will begin at the conclusion of this promotion.

22. Sunday Mystery Cash Drawing*: Periods are 20 minutes. Qualifying begins at 10:00AM and the first winner is awarded at 10:20AM. Promotion runs from 10:00AM-10:00PM. *See Easter Flyer for April 5 Details.

a. Envelopes will be drawn out of a drum by the winner.

b. At 10:00AM, the drum will consist of the 1 $1,500 envelope, 6 $1,000 envelopes, 10 $500 envelopes, & 18 $400 envelopes. An additional $1,500 envelope will be added to the drum before the 1:20PM Drawing, 4:20PM Drawing, & 7:20PM Drawing.

c. All envelopes will be opened at the end of the promotion to verify the prizes.

d. The Late Night promotion will begin at 10:00PM.

23. Monday Bonus Drawings:

At 6:00PM and 11:00PM, seven winners will be drawn for Live! gifts.
Players earn one virtual drawing ticket for every hour played in jackpot‑eligible Texas Hold’em cash games by swiping their Live! Rewards® Card at the table.
Prizes:

24. Anyone found to be in violation of the integrity of these promotions, shall be disqualified. This includes, but is not limited to slow rolling or slow playing to get to the next time period, exposing one's hole cards before all action is complete, soliciting or encouraging another player to call a bet in order to meet the pot requirement.

25. Side betting or selling of high hands is prohibited.

26. Funds will come from the Reserve Jackpot.

27. Management reserves the right to alter or cancel this promotion.
