- Cancellation fees are based on a sliding scale — the closer we get to the event date, the higher the amount owed.
- We require a 25% non-refundable deposit to secure the date.
- Payment of all invoices is due upon receipt. Typically, a week prior to the event date.
- Our service charge is 24% which applies to all food, beverage, room rental, and audio/visual rental. All services and fees are subject to applicable prevailing state sales tax.
