Absolutely! We provide room blocks and exclusive group rates at our Live! Hotel®, featuring 200+ luxurious rooms and suites, a state-of-the-art fitness center, nearly 20 dining & entertainment options, and 24-hour casino access. Please note that attrition policies may apply based on the number of rooms reserved.
Is early check-in or late check-out available for guests?
Early check-in and late check-out are available upon request, based on hotel availability.
Is outside food & beverage permitted or do you offer in-house catering?
We offer a variety of in-house catering options, including accommodation for dietary restrictions and allergies. Outside catering is only permitted for cultural or religious reasons
Is there a minimum spend or guest count requirement?
We typically require a minimum spend or guest count when booking larger event spaces to ensure the venue cost and catering commitments are met. The exact minimums vary depending on date, time, space selected and catering package chosen. We’d be happy to provide a customized quote for your specific dates and attendee numbers.
What audiovisual equipment is included with the rental, and is on-site technical support available during events?
We provide in-house audiovisual (AV) equipment with full on-site technical support, available throughout your event. This service is separate from the venue rental. Outside AV teams or equipment may be considered on a case-by-case basis.
