TRU Round Down Program

Live! Casino Round Down Program

When redeeming an eligible voucher at a Ticket Redemption Unit ("TRU"), guests may choose to round down the redemption amount to the nearest whole dollar and donate the remaining cents to a participating charity.

How It Works

If you select the Round Down option, you will receive the whole-dollar portion of your voucher at the TRU, and the remaining cents will be donated to an identified participating charity. If you prefer to receive the full voucher amount, including cents, you may redeem your voucher at the cage, subject to normal cage procedures.

Charitable Purpose

Amounts collected through this Round Down program are donated to your selected participating charity.

Live! Casino's Role

Live! Casino operates and administers this Round Down program. In connection with Live!'s operation of the program, participating charities may acknowledge or attribute support to Live! Casino.

Use of Donations

Amounts donated by guests through this program are tracked by Live! Casino and remitted to your chosen charity. Live! Casino does not retain guest-donated Round Down funds.
