Event Time: 12:00PM - 3:00PM 

Set Up Time: You're welcome to arrive starting at 11:00AM to set up your space. All employers should be ready by the event start time at noon. There will be a registration table near the entrance doors to the Venue Live! 

More Information: 

• Located in The Venue Live! (The 2nd floor of Live! Casino)
• Parking: 

Park on the 2nd floor of the Live! Casino parking garage and take the walkway to the 2nd floor entrance to the Casino. There will be signs immediately inside the doorway directing you to the "The Venue Live!" entrance. Please stop at the registration desk to sign in. There is an elevator at the front main entrance of the casino if you need to use an elevator. 

• Tables: 

An 8-foot table and 2 chairs for employer representatives will be provided. 

We kindly request that all vendors keep their table open for the entirety of the event. Please do not begin breaking down your space before 3:00PM. This helps ensure a positive experience for all attendees. Should your plans change and you are unable to attend, we kindly ask that you notify us as soon as possible.
