The Prime Rib Steakhouse invites you to an exclusive collaborative beer dinner with Great Raft Brewing, celebrating exceptional cuisine and standout local craft beer. Join us for an intimate four‑course dining experience prepared by Chef Jose Granillo, thoughtfully paired with Great Raft’s flagship and fan‑favorite brews. This one‑night event brings together refined steakhouse cooking and bold Louisiana brewing, an evening of fine dining, local love, and expertly curated pairings. Limited tickets available.

Course One: Tomato Gazpacho - Cucumbers, sweet onion, bell peppers, garlic, Frenchmen Forever broth
Paired with: Frenchmen Forever Pilsner

Course Two: Parmesan‑Battered Sea Bass Medallions - Boursin polenta, Cajun broccolini, candied carrot tips, tomato chutney
