  • What is the maximum capacity of your largest room?

    Our largest event space, The Event Center at Live!®, can host over 900 guests for receptions or concerts. It’s fully flexible and can be configured for banquets, meetings, or trade shows.
  • Is there a minimum spend or guest count requirement?

    We typically require a minimum spend or guest count when booking larger event spaces to ensure the venue cost and catering commitments are met. The exact minimums vary depending on date, time, space selected and catering package chosen. We’d be happy to provide a customized quote for your specific dates and attendee numbers.
  • Is outside food & beverage permitted or do you offer in-house catering?

    We offer a variety of in-house catering options, including accommodation for dietary restrictions and allergies. Outside catering is only permitted for cultural or religious reasons
  • Do you offer room blocks & group rates for event attendees?

    Absolutely! We provide room blocks and exclusive group rates at our Live! Hotel®, featuring 208 luxurious rooms and suites, a state-of-the-art fitness center, 7 dining & entertainment options, and 24-hour casino access. Please note that attrition policies may apply based on the number of rooms reserved.
  • Is early check-in or late check-out available for guests?

    Early check-in and late check-out are available upon request, based on hotel availability.
  • Do you offer shuttle service to/from the airport or venue?

    We do not currently offer shuttle service to/from PHL Philadelphia Airport, but we are conveniently located just seconds away off of the Walt Whitman Bridge. Your sales professional can recommend transportation options.
  • What audiovisual equipment is included with the rental, and is on-site technical support available during events?

    We provide in-house audiovisual (AV) equipment with full on-site technical support, available throughout your event. This service is separate from the venue rental. Outside AV teams or equipment may be considered on a case-by-case basis in the The Event Center at Live!®
  • Are there things to do near by?

    Our hotel is located in the heart of Philadelphia's Stadium Entertainment District, just a short drive from Center City. We offer a vibrant atmosphere with three sit-down restaurants, a food court featuring local favorites, and two bar/lounges with nightly entertainment right on-site. Your group will have plenty of dining and nightlife options within the property, and you'll be close to all the excitement the city has to offer.
