• Can we tour the venue before booking?

  Absolutely! We encourage prospective clients to schedule a guided tour of our event spaces before booking. Our sales team will walk you through the meeting rooms, ballrooms, breakout areas, and hotel amenities to help you visualize your event and discuss set-up options. Tours are available by appointment, simply contact our Meetings & Events team to arrange a convenient time.

• What is the maximum capacity of your largest room?

  Our largest space, The HALL at Live!®, accommodates up to 3,825 guests for receptions or concerts and can be configured for banquets, meetings, or trade shows.

• Is parking available for guests?

  Yes, complimentary self-parking is available in our adjacent parking garage, offering direct access to the hotel and event spaces, as well as in our surface lot located near Costco. Valet parking is also available for added convenience.

• What dining and catering options are available for events?

  Our award-winning culinary team offers full-service catering, from plated dinners to buffets and themed breaks. You can also choose from a variety of on-site restaurants, including The Prime Rib®, Sports & Social®, and David’s, perfect for private dining or post-meeting receptions.
