Terms:
- Promotion is valid for new group bookings with a minimum of 30 rooms per night and for groups arriving between January 1 and March 31, 2027. Events must be contracted by December 30, 2026.
- Offer is not applicable to repeat annual events or citywide groups. Subject to availability, restrictions and blackout dates may apply. Offer may not be combined with any other promotions or offers.
- The 20% AV discount applies to in-house equipment only and excludes labor fees. AV equipment must be ordered through the property's internal audiovisual department prior to the first day of the meeting.
- The applicable promotion must be specifically identified in the signed agreement.
- *Welcome Happy Hour bar selections are limited to house brands.
